Travis Jacobsen is the Director of Global Corporate Communications for Celanese, a Fortune 500 chemical and specialty materials company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

As an energetic and strategic 25-year career communicator, Travis has held senior leadership roles in Corporate Communications, External/Internal Communications, Public Relations & Reputation Management, and Marketing Communications for both international agency and Fortune 50 companies. Travis has demonstrated C-suite experience and has delivered executive communications programs with a focus on capturing value through change management communications. Having worked for multiple international corporations, Travis has overseen global teams and campaigns, crisis communications response, brand and identity management, and news generation programs in all global regions.

Travis has spent more than 20 years as a baseball coach for high school athletes, as well as the president of two youth baseball organizations. He has also served for more than 10 years as a youth counselor for a local young men’s organization.

Travis has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brigham Young University (BYU), with advanced coursework in the field of strategic communications and leadership. He resides in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife, Judi. They are the parents of three children who also attend BYU.
